My expertise is built on extensive practical experience within the sector, complemented by formal qualifications and continued professional development. Through my practical foundation of working directly within the construction industry on a diverse range of property types and ages, I have gained a unique and in depth understanding of building pathology – the science of identifying building defects, understanding their causes and advising on effective solutions.     Unlike a survey, which examines the condition of the property, a valuation focuses solely on establishing its accurate worth in the current market.
